Yamaha MT 03 Expert Review
Yamaha MT-03 is a naked version of Yamaha YZF-R3. Yamaha Motor India is planning to launch this naked bike in the country by mid-2016. MT-03 shares its style with its younger sibling MT-25. Powering the bike is the same 321cc, liquid-cooled, parallel twin-cylinder engine that serves the Yamaha YZF-R3. The powerful engine will develop a maximum power of 41.4 bhp at 10750 rpm along with a peak torque of 29.6 Nm at 9000 rpm. The fuel injected mill comes mated to a constant mesh 6-speed transmission system and uses TCI as its ignition system.

Same as YZF-R3, Mt-03 is bolted on Diamond-type steel frame. The beast shares its design style with its fully-faired mate R3, except, front fairing and a tweaked steering geometry. The front profile of the bike is similar to its fully-faired sibling which includes YZF series signature twin headlights. The headlamp of the machine has a keen design that suits very well to its overall character. Talking about the rear, the machine features a keen tail lamp and the clear lens turning indicators fitted impressively on the number plate section. The instrument console of the bike is easy to read and informative.

The naked street bike has been provided with tubeless tyres that are further mounted over alloy wheels. Furthermore, To stop the bike it has been equipped with Hydraulic disc brakes at both, the front and the rear. It sports a telescopic forks suspension at the front and swingarm aided mono-shock at the rear.
