Mohali Test 1st day s play called off due to rain


The toss-coin remains unused as the weather has continued to play spoil-sport. The day’s play has officially been called off and should conditions be fit for it, we should see an early start tomorrow morning. Rain has started to fall once again and dark clouds have engulfed the stadium. Chances of play looking bleak at the moment. However, no official confirmation yet.

Bad news for cricket fans desperately awaiting the start of play as it has has started to rain again in Mohali.

Latest update is that the umpires will inspect the ground at 11 am.

The sun is out in Mohali and the match may start in a few hours time.

Rain has stopped but it should take at least a couple of hours for play to get underway.

As predicted, it has been raining in Mohali and the start of play will be delayed.
